/ai page, public /roadmap, and Spanish-localization foundation
Five AI capabilities documented at /ai (two live, two beta, one Q3), public roadmap with vote counts at /roadmap, and the foundation for Spanish translation in the family portal.
The new /ai page is the most opinionated marketing page on the site: it claims the AI-native narrative for senior care while every capability is honestly labeled with its production status. Daily resident summaries and anomaly detection are live; smart message routing and voice-to-chart are in beta with select customers; predictive risk scoring is shipping Q3 2026.
The /roadmap page makes prioritization public. Four columns — Live / Building / Next quarter / Backlog — with vote counts on every item. Customer-account holders vote from inside the product; public visitors can request features via email. Items above 100 votes are virtually guaranteed to ship within two quarters.
Spanish-localization foundation: typed translation files (en + es) for the hero, nav, and demo banner are live, plus a language toggle in the landing nav (currently disabled — full next-intl integration is the next ~2-week deliverable, with the rollout checklist in docs/i18n.md).
