Most facilities are fully onboarded within 48 hours. Our implementation team handles data migration, staff training, and configuration. You'll have a dedicated account manager throughout the process.
Absolutely. Family members get a dedicated portal where they can view their loved one's schedule, communicate with the care team, access visit records, and receive real-time notifications — all from their phone or computer.
Your data belongs to you. Upon cancellation you receive a full export in standard formats (CSV, PDF, HL7). We retain data for 30 days after cancellation to allow re-activation, after which it is securely deleted per our retention policy.
